Private Party Pricing & Booking Minimum
Private Paint & Sip events start at a $500 minimum, which includes everything you need for an unforgettable experience:
This includes supplies up to 10 guests, then it’s just $40 per additional person. With a limit of 20 guests.
Why is there a minimum?
Hosting a private event means I prepare and set up your party at your location, regardless of your group size. The base cost helps cover setup time, travel, prep, and supplies — so your experience feels just as personal and polished whether you’re a group of 3 or 13.
Want a custom painting design made just for your group? Add it on for $30.
Add paint bouquets to your party for your guests to take home $15 each.

Mobile setup and clean up — I come to your location (home, rental, or venue)

You and your guests can choose from a selection of my available designs. Or we can work together to create a completely custom design for an additional fee.
Location
You choose the location — your home, Airbnb, backyard, or rental space. I’ll bring the paint party to you!
The host is responsible for setting up tables and chairs at their chosen location. I’ll bring all the art supplies (canvases, paints, brushes, aprons, etc.) and handle setup/cleanup of those items.
Will the paint stain?
While I provide aprons and do my best to keep things tidy, paint can sometimes get on tables, floors, or clothing. I recommend the host prepares the space with table coverings and chooses a setup area where a little splash of paint won’t be a big concern.

How does a Paint & Sip party work?
I’ll guide you and your guests step-by-step through creating a painting. No experience is needed—it’s all about having fun, relaxing, and getting creative. Everyone leaves with their own finished artwork!
Do you provide tables and chairs?
No, the host is responsible for setting up tables and chairs at their location. I’ll bring everything needed for painting and handle the art setup and cleanup.
What about messes?
While aprons are provided and I keep things as tidy as possible, paint can sometimes end up on surfaces. I recommend covering tables with a disposable tablecloth and preparing the area so a little splash of paint won’t be a concern.
How long does a Paint & Sip last?
Most events run about 2–3 hours, depending on the size of the group and the chosen painting. But please accommodate about an hour for set up and another hour for clean up depending on the size of the group.
Can I book this for a children's birthday party?
Yes! I love helping kids explore their creativity. Paint parties can be a fun option for birthday celebrations and special events. For children’s parties, I recommend participants be at least 7 or 8 so they can follow along with the instructions and enjoy the experience. Younger children may find it challenging to keep up. For children paint party, there must be at least one parent or guardian that remains at the event to supervise the children. I’ll guide the painting activity, but I am not responsible for childcare.
Can we choose our painting?
Yes! You’ll receive a selection of painting options to choose from. I can also create a custom painting for your group or theme upon request.
Do you provide wine or drinks?
No, drinks are not included. Hosts and guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks.
Do you travel to different locations?
Yes! I can come to your home, office, or private venue. Travel fees may apply for locations outside my service area.
Do you have a venue that we can use?
Currently I do not have a venue to provide you with. But I can provide you with recommendations on where to host your event.
How do I book?
A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. Contact me directly through email at bethanycoma@gmail.com to check availability and discuss details.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made after that time may result in forfeiting the deposit. I can also accommodate rescheduling of the event.
